Getting started with a website designer and developer

Working with a design and development team on your website can seem really overwhelming, and the process could feel confusing. It’s easy to get lost, especially if it’s your first time. We’re going to break down our process to show you how easy and trouble-free the experience could and should be!

It all begins with our free 30 minute strategy session, where you’ll meet with one of our digital experts. You’ll begin the process by talking about you – your goals and what your vision is for your website. On the call, you’ll also hear how to stand out among the 1.5 million Nonprofits online, how to develop a successful campaign strategy, increase your email list, and keep your website up to date.

After you sign on with us, we take what we learned from the strategy session and turn it into a reality. Our team lays out the scope of the project, outlining the website development based on your website design specifications.

Once you have approved the website development project scope and provided us with access to the backend of your website, our team of expert developers begin to put your website design into motion on a staging site (for your eyes only) and bring it to life. We are there every step of the way. We even assign a project manager to ensure a direct line of communication and continual updates.

Depending on the extent of your project, you may first work with our website design team to turn your vision into a smart, creative, and innovative website. Once a design has been created, our development team builds the design into WordPress web pages that eventually form your website. No matter how big or small your project is, we are here to guide you every step of the way. Our process is smooth, transparent, and efficient. The end result is even better because it means you are achieving your website goal!

Please know, there is no commitment to any of our services by taking this call.
