What information will I need to start my support plan?

There is not much information that we need to get started, beginning to work with our team is an easy process. Once you select and purchase your support plan, you can either choose to have the information ready, or our team will be in touch with our “white glove” onboarding experience.

If you’d like us to onboard your organization, all you have to do is wait for one of us to be in touch with you. This will be shortly after we receive your support plan and payment. 

If you're super eager to get started, here is what we will need from you: 

  1. Your hosting administrator credentials. What is this? A web host allows your website to be viewed on the internet. Typically websites are hosted (or stored) on servers. Common website hosting services are Go Daddy and Kinsta.
  2. WordPress admin credentials. What is this? Your admin credentials are how you get onto your site. Ideally, you will want to create a separate account for us, so you can see who makes changes where.
  3. Any credentials to accounts you have purchased premium plugins for that you would like to keep. What is this? An add-on to your website. Oftentimes your calendar, forms, and like-features are plugins.

Once you share your credentials with our team, we securely store them for our developers' eyes only. Our team is there for you every step of the way to ensure the turnover process is smooth.
