Before Covid, non profits stuck to the same old routine because it worked for them, But a big reason why non profits don't go anywhere is because they aren't updating their routine to match what is going on in the climate of the non profit. There is minimal communication between managers and the staff and that is why nothing is getting accomplished within them. If they operated more like a for profit business, they would have a lot more success.
